Crisis management

  • The objective is to try to achieve a recovery of the firm, not its bankruptcy and liquidation.
  • Realization of an analysis of the overall conditions of the firm with respect to economic, financial and legal aspects. The optimum is to perform such analysis in time – before the materialization of the situation, when the firm is already in problem.
  • Identification of a set of measures and solutions of the situation.
  • Ensuring expert supervision over the implementation of the identified solution or, as the case may be, appointment of a crisis manager or a whole team of crisis managers.
